ACID vs ALKALINE

Knowing the difference between acid and alkaline foods can do wonders for your health. And understanding that foods can change their chemical makeup once in your body can help you plan healthy meals. By maintaining alkaline balance you can experience improved immunity, heart function, lung function, skin conditions, mental focus and overall well-being. Alkalinity can be defined as health, longevity and quality of life. Acidity, in simple terms, and in the minds of natural health practitioners, means sickness and death. If your cells, tissues and organs are acidic, then you should evaluate your diet so that you can maintain alkaline balance. When it comes to foods, you must understand that there is a huge difference between "acidic foods" and "acid-forming foods." The root cause of your worst health troubles like heart and circulation problems… memory loss… weak immunity… stiff joints… and premature aging could stem from a serious condition called acid overload.
