NEGLECTING YOUR BODY
All the worrying you may do – about making money, being a good parent, having fun, getting a raise, achieving your ultimate goals – means nothing if you are neglecting the vehicle (your body) that allows you to do all those things. People who neglect themselves by not eating properly, not exercising frequently, and not following through on their health and fitness commitments are people who will not live out their maximum potential.
